Prevention: Physical Activty

Being physically active is the fourth main steps towards diabetes prevention. Youth should be physically active for at least 60 minutes everyday. Physical activity is important because it helps strengthen the heart, lungs, bones, and muscles while burning calories. Everyone should balance healthy eating and plenty of physical activity.
